Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 9, 2026
By booking a service or purchasing a membership with Nagare Mobile Detail, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We promise to treat your car like our own, and we ask that you respect our time and professional expertise in return.
1. Booking & Cancellations
- Appointment Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 25% of the service cost).
- Weather Policy: Since we are a mobile service, extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat) may require us to reschedule. If we need to move your appointment for safety or quality reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a new time.
2. Memberships & Billing
- Subscription: Membership tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis starting from the date of sign-up.
- Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled through your account portal at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
- Usage: Membership benefits (like monthly washes) do not “roll over” to the next month unless specifically stated in your plan.
3. Service Requirements & Safety
- Access to Vehicle: You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a location where we have enough space to work (at least 3 feet of clearance around the car).
- Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuables, car seats, and excessive trash before we arrive. Nagare Mobile Detail is not responsible for any items lost or damaged that were left inside the vehicle.
- Condition of Vehicle: If a vehicle is in a condition that requires significantly more work than the package booked (e.g., heavy mold, biohazards, or extreme pet hair), additional fees may apply. We will always discuss this with you before starting work.
4. Liability & Damages
- Pre-Existing Damage: We perform a pre-service inspection. Nagare Mobile Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage such as paint chips, cracked windshields, or faulty electronics.
- Liability: While we use professional-grade tools and chemicals, our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on our work. If you are not satisfied with your detail, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will do our best to make it right, provided the issue falls within the scope of the service purchased.
6. Changes to Terms
Nagare Mobile Detail reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
